Depending on the product and order quantity, production usually takes 2–5 working days. For most products, the Express option can reduce production time to just 1 working day. You can see the estimated dispatch date directly in the product configurator. Delivery time then depends on the destination and selected shipping method.

How much does shipping cost?
Delivery to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany is free on orders of CHF 100 or EUR 100 and above, as applicable. Below this threshold, shipping costs CHF 20 or EUR 15, depending on the billing currency.

Does Flyerline really print in Switzerland?
Yes. Founded in 2002, Flyerline is a Swiss-owned company headquartered in Altnau in the canton of Thurgau. Our site covers around 2,500 m² and brings printing, customer service, product development, finishing, storage and dispatch together under one roof. Wherever possible, we work with Swiss suppliers.
-
Can I order products outside your standard range?
Yes. If you need bespoke packaging, displays or POS solutions, contact us for a quotation. We will explore what is feasible for your project and, if requested, create unprinted mock-ups and prototypes before production begins.
-
Can I print multiple designs in one order?
Yes, for selected products. Our multiple-design option lets you combine several designs in a single print run, such as business cards for different employees. An additional charge may apply depending on the product. This option is available for flyers, large-format posters (up to 50 designs), all-weather lightweight posters (up to 25 designs), stand-up pouches, business cards, and posters from A3 to A0.
-
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
Yes. In the product configurator, go to “Production & Shipping Options” and select “Split Delivery”. This is a paid service. The cost depends on the number of recipients, shipping method, quantity, product and logistical requirements.
-
Can I order samples?
Yes. Our sample box contains standard materials for signage, exhibition displays, furniture and packaging, plus a swatch book of our standard papers. You will also receive a 10% voucher for your next order. A separate sample set is available for bottle packaging.
-
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by invoice (subject to credit approval), PostFinance, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, TWINT, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Click to Pay or bank transfer in advance. Card payments are also accepted when collecting your order.
