RecyBag Collection bags
Frequently asked questions
-
Which collection boxes can I buy from Flyerline?Flyerline offers custom-printed collection boxes, unprinted collection boxes, boxes with pre-designed graphics, as well as official RecyBag collection boxes and RecyBag collection bags. Depending on the product, sizes from 17 to 400 litres are available.
-
What can the collection boxes be used for?The collection boxes are suitable for waste separation and can be used to collect items such as PET bottles, glass, aluminium, cardboard, paper or residual waste. They can also be used as storage boxes for toys, household items, office supplies or other lightweight objects.
-
Which size should I choose for my collection box?The right size depends on the available space, the material being collected and how frequently the box is used. Small boxes with a capacity of 17 or 35 litres are suitable for households, offices and confined spaces. Boxes with 60 or 110 litres provide more capacity for schools, shops and businesses. The 400-litre collection box is particularly suitable for events and high-traffic collection points.
-
Can I have a collection box printed with my logo?Yes. The custom-printable collection boxes can be printed on one side and across the entire outer surface with your logo, colours, pictograms, instructions or your own design. This makes them particularly suitable for companies, municipalities, schools, associations, recycling stations and events.
-
Can I order just one collection box?Yes. Various collection boxes can be ordered from as little as one unit. This makes them suitable both for individual applications and for larger collection and recycling concepts.
-
What material are Flyerline collection boxes made from? The collection boxes are made from lightweight and dimensionally stable polypropylene hollow-chamber material. The material is moisture-resistant, durable and recyclable at the end of its service life. The boxes produced by Flyerline are made from 3 mm thick hollow-chamber material and already contain a proportion of recycled material.
-
Are the collection boxes suitable for indoor and outdoor use?The boxes are resistant to moisture and can also be used outdoors temporarily. However, to ensure the longest possible service life, we recommend placing them in a sheltered location, especially in cases of prolonged rain, strong winds or high mechanical stress.
-
Which collection box is suitable for events? For smaller events, boxes with a capacity of 60 or 110 litres are suitable. For festivals, sporting events, trade fairs or larger corporate events, the custom-printed 400-litre collection box offers particularly high collection capacity.
-
What is the difference between a standard collection box and a RecyBag collection box?Depending on their labelling, standard collection boxes can be used for different types of waste or for storage. The RecyBag collection box was developed specifically for the matching RecyBag collection bags and is used to collect plastic packaging and beverage cartons.
-
What is RecyBag?RecyBag is the official collection bag of the nationwide Swiss RecyPac system. It is used to collect completely emptied plastic packaging and beverage cartons, which can then be returned to a participating RecyBag collection point.

Formerly «Bring Plastic Back» – now RecyBag by RecyPac
Anyone who's been collecting plastic packaging in Switzerland over the past few years knows the Bring Plastic Back bags. In 2025, the Bring Plastic Back system was replaced by RecyPac and developed, together with other actors in the value chain, into the unified Swiss solution for plastic and beverage carton recycling.
The RecyBag collection bag is the direct successor to the Bring Plastic Back bag – with the same collection purpose, identical content range, but broader sponsorship and a growing number of return points.
Returning full RecyBags
You return the full RecyBag bags to an increasing number of collection points:
- Swiss retail – more and more branches in food retail
- Municipalities with RecyPac concession
- Private recycling centres
You'll find the current and continuously growing list of collection points at recybag.ch. More background information in the A4 information sheet by RecyPac in DE, FR and IT.
