The hexagonal collection bin made of polypropylene is robust, weatherproof and 100% recyclable. It is the official collection container of the RecyPac system. You choose size and quantity directly in the configurator. The bin comes flat-packed and is easy to assemble, the lid clicks together in a few simple steps.

What can go into the RecyBag?

All plastic packaging from the household as well as beverage cartons: plastic bottles, films, pouches, cups, trays, tubes, bags and sachets. Emptied is enough – no cleaning required.
What is the difference between Bring Plastic Back and RecyBag?

RecyBag is the successor system to Bring Plastic Back, operated by the RecyPac association. Broader backing, significantly more return points and a Switzerland-wide unified solution. The content collected remains the same as before.
What can I collect in the RecyBag collection bin?

All plastic packaging from the household as well as beverage cartons (Tetra Pak): plastic bottles, films, pouches, cups, trays, tubes, bags and sachets. Empty is enough – no cleaning required.
What sizes are available?

17, 35, 60 and 110 litres.

Where is the RecyBag bin produced?

Entirely in Altnau, Canton of Thurgau. Design, printing, assembly and shipping all take place at Flyerline Schweiz AG.
Can I print the RecyBag bin with my own design?

No. The official RecyPac design is mandatory. If you want a collection bin with your own logo or branding, you'll find the custom-printed collection bin in our range.
Is the RecyBag bin weatherproof?

Yes. Polypropylene is UV-stable and waterproof – the bin can stay outdoors permanently.
How long does delivery take?

Between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the quantity. The exact delivery time is shown in the configurator.
What quantities can I order?

The RecyBag collection bin – the official collection container of the RecyPac system

The RecyBag collection bin is the official collection bin for the Switzerland-wide RecyPac plastic collection. Combined with the RecyBag plastic collection bag, it forms the unified solution for the separate collection of plastic packaging and beverage cartons – at home, in the office, in schools, in municipalities and in retail.

Available in four sizes, each in the uniform RecyPac violet (Pantone 266 C) and with the deposit-slot lid of the existing 110-litre bin:

What can go into the RecyBag collection bin?

Together with the RecyBag collection bag, you collect all plastic packaging from the household as well as beverage cartons in the RecyBag bin:

Beverage cartons: e.g. Tetra Pak of fruit juices, milk and dairy products
Plastic bottles: e.g. of cosmetics, cleaning and laundry products, fertiliser, sauces, vinegar, oil
Pouches: e.g. of bake-off bread, liquid soap, coffee, nuts, chips, toast bread
Films: e.g. of vegetables, salad, tofu, magazines as well as bubble wrap, transparent and six-pack films
Bags and sachets: shopping bags, mesh bags
Cups: e.g. of cherry tomatoes, drinks, ice cream, yogurt
Trays: e.g. of eggs, meat, biscuits, cheese, fruit, ready meals and takeaway dishes
Tubes: e.g. of cosmetics, sunscreen, toothpaste
Other packaging: printer cartridges, office supplies, dishwasher tablets

Important: empty is enough – packaging doesn't need to be cleaned.

Formerly «Bring Plastic Back» – now RecyBag by RecyPac

The RecyBag collection bin is the direct successor to the Bring Plastic Back collection bin. In 2025, the Bring Plastic Back system was integrated into the RecyBag system of the RecyPac association – with broader sponsorship, more return points and a Switzerland-wide unified solution for plastic and beverage carton recycling.

If you've been using a Bring Plastic Back bin until now, the RecyBag bin is your direct successor product – with the same collection purpose, in the new uniform design.

Material, design and Swiss production

The RecyBag collection bin is produced by Flyerline in Altnau (TG). Like all Flyerline collection bins, it is made of 3 mm thick fluted polypropylene (PP) sheet and already contains 40% recycled material. It is light, dimensionally stable, weatherproof and 100% recyclable at end of life.

The design is consistently in RecyPac and uses the deposit – a uniform look across all four sizes.

Returning full RecyBags

You return the full RecyBag collection bags to an increasing number of collection points in Swiss retail, in municipalities with a concession and at private recycling centres. The current list of return points can be found continuously updated at recybag.ch.
